Create a DOS Bootable USB Flash Drive - Rufus

Rufus is an Open Source tool created by Pete Batard. This little gem can help you quickly create a DOS bootable USB flash drive (Boot a USB drive to DOS), and can now also create a Bootable USB from an ISO file.

Rufus originally worked much like the HP USB Format Tool "HPUSBFW", offering options to format a flash drive as FAT32, NTFS, exFAT, mark the drive bootable or active, and install a DOS environment to boot into. Additional features include the ability to check the disk for errors, create a volume label, and set cluster size.
