How to make Stickies a Portable App:

Download and run the Stickies installer, installing to the default path - For Example (C:\Program Files\Stickies).
Next, copy the Stickies folder (C:\Program Files\Stickies) and it's contents except instlog.lsl to your flash drive.
Then, create an empty file called stickies.ini and place it in the Stickies folder on your flash drive.
Launch stickies.exe.

Once you have your portable Stickies paperless sticky notes working, you can uninstall the program from your PC via add/remove programs.
