XMPlay is a win32 portable audio player that was originally introduced in 1998 to support the XM audio format. Today, like many audio players (such as Winamp) , it supports your typical CDA, IT, OGG, MO3, MP1, MP2, MP3, MTM, MOD, WMA, WAV, XM, S3M, UMX audio formats. It also supports additional formats via the use of plugins. In addition, XMPlay recognises many types of playlists such as ASX, M3U, PLS and WAX. Best of all, you can bring XMPlay Audio player with you to run from the smallest of portable USB flash drives.

Installing XMPlay to a USB device:
- Create a new folder names XMPlay on your USB device
- Download XMPlay zip
- Extract the contents of the XMPlay zip to the XMPlay folder on your USB device
- Click XMPlay.exe to launch the program
